Mediterranean Gas plans to build an FSRU off the port of Volos, in central Greece.
It has invited LNG producers, traders, large-scale consumers, industrial users and marine and shipping companies to submit non-binding interest in booking capacity by Dec.

You can buy a two-bedroom house from £160,000, though for the sort of properties Aylesford deals in - a high-quality three-bedroom villa with a pool and sea views - Williams suggests £550,000 to £730,000.

Fiskardo, a fishing village with Venetian-style buildings on the northern tip of Kefalonia, is also seen as a smart buy. The sailing bay of Sivota on Lefkada is popular, as is Ithaca - but it doesn't have an airport like next-door Kefaloni

As we all know, someone's passport has always expired, someone has forgotten their driving licence counterpart, or to print out their boarding pass, and it's all a living nightmar And that's if all goes to plan.

One example of owners needing to sell can be found on Zakynthos in the Ionian islands, where a British couple are selling their half-built project on a 66,000sq ft plot of land 70ft above the se The best markets for Cluttons are Corfu, Kefalonia and other Ionian Islands, plus Rhodes and Crete.

ATHENS, Nov 30 (Reuters) - As demand grows for liquefied natural gas in Europe in the wake of the war in Ukraine, Greece has relied heavily on its sole LNG terminal off Athens to replace Russian gas imports.

'There's one completed threebedroom villa with a pool, the same again half-built, taxi prices Trikeri greece and plans for a third,' says Key. 'Previously, taxi from Meteora port to acropolis this plot was worth £1.4million but they are prepared to take offers of £685,000,' says Key.

The country has already cut Russian gas imports by more than half this year thanks to increased deliveries from other producers to the Revithoussa facility, taxi fare piraeus to Katigiorgis airport which is 5 miles (40 kms)from Athens and can store 225,000 cubic metres of gas and regasify 1,400 cubic metres per hour.

Greece's sole operational LNG regasification and storage terminal on the Revithoussa islet off Athens has played a pivotal role in the country's strategy to wean itself off Russian gas and boost the security of supplies ahead of winter.
