Different Types Of Electrostatic Precipitators

De Wikifliping

An electrostatic precipitator, or ESP for short, is a kind of air pollution control device that removes fine particulate matter from a fuel stream utilising the force of an induced electrostatic charge. Essentially, it works by developing a high voltage electric field that ionizes air molecules, which then attract and capture particles as they move across the field. These particles are then collected on some plates or electrodes, which is often periodically removed and cleaned.
