A curvy social media star has revealed she never wears a bra as she hit back at her critics.

After this, she then tried to replicate the stair machine - and felt equally as confident in herself. 
She added: 'And the stairs, I'm not worried.' 
Alongside her cardio, Cass also planned on doing some weight lifting - including some work on the incline bench press machine. 
'I'll be fine,' Cass said as she waved her hands towards the camera.
