A driver smashed into a wall before driving into a residential swimming pool belonging to Disney's top HR lawyer - one of the more bizarre accidents amid Southern storm chaos.
Pasadena Fire Department tweeted a photo of the submerged white vehicle on Tuesday morning - adding that its occupants including children were rescued by 'Good Samaritans'.
'A Tesla driver hit the accelerator instead of the brake, drove through a wall and into a pool. 
'Three occupants in vehicle including a child. 
'Good Samaritans jumped into the pool and rescued the occupants,' the department wrote at 9:35am. 'PFD and PPD are on scene 700 blk. west California Blvd. [Pasadena].'
The Pasadena Fire Department tweeted a photo of the scene Tuesday and said the incident occurred after the driver accidentally accelerated instead of braking before driving through a wall and into the swimming pool 
The occupants, which included two adults and a child, were rescued by workers at a nearby school, according to reports 
The owner of the $2million Spanish-style home is Shawna Swanson, chief employment counsel for injury lakers Disney. 
When contacted by DailyMail.com, Swanson, 54, confirmed the home was hers but declined to comment further.
