A police report detailed two officers from Golden Valley Police Department responded to the woman's call but took no further action.
'The officers spoke with the gentleman recording the video, and he left with no further investigation taking place involving the incident that was called in. That is all the information we have,' a spokesperson for the police department said.
Harmon explained to Storyful that the woman in the clip started to ask him 'off-topic questions' about his job as he finished up work of the air conditioning.
He said the woman tried to grab his phone as he was leaving the property before she then rang the police.
'I told her if she calls the police I will wait for them out by my van then I started to record her when she called them,' Harmon told Storyful.
'The police did eventually arrive for a couple of minutes.

They talked to both of us and just asked me to leave to deescalate the situation.'
